Termination from employment

Hello, I got my work permit in June which is valid for 3 years. since then I offered a NOC B category job. suddenly after working for 3 months I got an termination letter which means I am fired from B category job. I have 2 questions please do answers:

1) Does my termination from the job will affect my future permanent residence application in Canada?

2) will my 3 months of work in class B category job will be counted during permanent residence application?
