I applied for canada temporary visitor visa and my passport came back with a note in it stating.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN SENT TO THE E-MAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED ON YOUR APPLICATION OR THROUGH YOUR MyCIC ACCOUNT.
I have checked both my email and MyCIC account but it doesn't shows any email or message so kindly let me know how can I check that message? kindly please help.
I don't know. It's all dependent on your visa office. Normally these slips of paper include an email address to send messages to - but you can try an IRCC webform.

As you applied through paper , i think you must be getting regular updates to the registered email to VFS , You can check those mails or alternatively you can link your paper application to cic account so that you can get to know the status
