hi guys I need some help,

I applied for a TRV from India, hyderabad office. Documents and passport received in Canadian high commission(New Delhi) on 25th of march 2014.
Since then I have not received any updates from the embassy regarding my application. My intended date of travel to canada was 1st may 2014 which I also mentioned in my application but no update yet. Its been over a month and they claim the processing time to be 9 or 10 days. Passport status in visa application tracker says "under processing". When should I expect a reply? What should I do?
