Temporary Resident Visa delay: Mitacs Globalink Research Internship

I had applied for a TRV under Global Skills Strategy on 14th March 2019 and have given the biometrics on 19th March 2019. I still haven't received any decision yet. Even the eligibility review has not started yet. I am under extreme stress as I have to leave in May and even after approval I need atleast 10 days for the passport stamp. Lots of my fellow students have applied with/after me and have already got their vis. I have only received 2 acknowledgment emails on 29th March and 8th April stating my application is proceeding normally and it's taking time because of a huge number of applications. I have sent an email to Delhi IRCC requesting expedition in processing. Any suggestions will be very helpful.

Same here for me, my flight is scheduled on 13th May, I haven't got the call for passport submission yet. What should I do?
