Hello,


I have tried researching this myself but unfortunately I can't find the answer..
Here is my problem... My husband is a Canadian citizen but is living outside Canada, he is living in the UK. He is going to do a masters degree in Canada this September and we were thinking to apply for the temporary resident visa - accompanying your spouse or partner who is a student.

I am not sure if I can apply for this because my husband is Canadian and not just a student with a student visa?

Would anyone be able to help please.
