I received a temporary resident permit refusal on October 2017. And I have filed an application for leave and judicial review in federal court.
But I would like to have information from seniors what are my option left because as right now I have no status.
I arrived in Canada as international student but when I applied for postgraduation work permit I got refusal then I applied for temporary resident permit on behalf of my post graduation refusal I got it for one year. then again I applied for it I got refusal on my temporary resident permit, now I m left with no hope .. is there anything I can do it.
I applied for application for leave and judicial review but that's not gruanted, it will be accepted it's critical condition any suggestion will be helpful
If the judicial review fails, you really won't have that many options remaining other than to leave. You could try the H&C route - however approval rates are very low and your case isn't at all strong.
Note that you cannot apply for PR while out of status in Canada.
