I've seen previously on the forum that some schools don't give a refund when the specific refusal reason is misrepresentation.

I don't think the TRP has any chance of succeeding.

IMO your only option is to hire an immigration lawyer in Canada to try to overturn the misrepresentation ban. Of course no guarantee this will be successful.

Hiring a lawyer will be expensive. And I hear it takes a long time and has a very low chance of success.
So I should not even bother to apply for a TRP?
I feel so shitty right now.

Yes - hiring a lawyer is expensive. However if you feel the misrepresentation finding was incorrect, this is your only avenue for fixing the situation and having the misrepresentation finding removed.

IMO there is no chance the TRP will be approved for your situation. However you can certainly try.
