I'm currently on a temporary visitor visa as I wait for CPP-O to get all caught up on all the Buffalo applications. I'm on the verge of being finished with this process, and I've already received my Certificat de Sélection du Québec long ago.
The Immigration Québec site states that if I have a Certificat de Sélection du Québec, I'm able to take their online course on French. But looking at my temporary resident visa, it states I am 'prohibited from attending any educational institution and taking any academic, professional or vocational training course'.
My question is, am I able to sign up for this course, or because I am in Quebec on a temporary residency, I'm not able to?
