Temporary Residence Visa- Visitor Visa from Outside Canada

Hello Everyone,

I have applied my Parent's visitor visa from Outside canada Online, they received the Biometrics Letter which states that it needs to be done before March'2021.
Can somebody suggest, if Biometrics for visitor visa has opened? If not, any estimate when it will going to start taking appointments.. ?

Biometrics has not reopened for visitor visas. We do not know when they will reopen.
