I received my temporary file number recently, will I be able to submit a document through webform with help of temporary file number?
Will ircc accept it?
How long it will take to update it by ircc?

If they accept the document, then it would be added to your application. But again, this can depend on what you are trying to update.

I received a mail from ircc informing that the documents which i submitted through webform has been received by the responsible office , does that mean that they have accepted the documents added it to the application.

It's a confirmation IRCC has received the documents. That's it.

Wasn’t a job offer a requirement to submit the application in the first place? Sadly many likely applied without a job offer and only “secured” one after they got a spot in the pilot. This pilot is going to be filled with fraud so hopefully IRCC is quite strict to ensure genuine candidates get accepted.
