TEF Learning is good for PR Entry??

Hi All,
1.Is learning TEF possible in 3 months for scoring good marks(CLB 7 in TEF) in CRS to increase chance of ITA ?
If Yes, should i start course immediately along with preparing for IELTS prep for MAY 23rd attempt??

2. I have done my MBA- Logistics & Supply Chain (2yrs) from India., so can i include that in educational showing masters, i hope there is no problem in case of ECA(Educational Credential Assessment)??

3. I have 1year of experience in Consultancy , will that be counted Skilled Jobs for NOC (A), should i include that score as well while evaluating myself in CRS portal calculation ??

Learning French in three months is not possible. You'll need to dedicate at least a year of concentrated studies to learn French well enough to achieve the right score.
