I have a job offer and LMO so am sending forms soon

I am including my wife and 19 year old son. He is a chef. Can he work in Canada or will he have to get a permit himself.

He would have to obtain his own job and approved LMO to obtain a work permit.

He can come with you on a TRV, visit visa, visa waiver whatever, basically has tourist status, look for a job, apply for LMO and work permit but he would have to leave at some point to get it issued.
