I am applying for Spousal Sponsorship in Family Sponsorship - Spousal - In Canada using Permanent Resident Portal.
While applying, I was trying to upload documents- i.e. IRCC Forms, Application Fees, Photos Etc. When I try to upload it gives me an error:
"There was a technical error when handling your request. Please try again later."
I have already tried:
1. Resizing documents
2. Using original non-signed forms
3. Using all browsers (i.e. Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
4. Using a different PC
If anyone else is facing a similar issue and found a solution please do let me know. I have already raised a web form to ask for technical assistance. If I don't get a response I will have to opt for a paper application.
