I am experiencing some technical issues while filling the post-ITA application for "Permanent Residency". First of all, in the section "application/profile details" there is a sub-section "Provinces and territories of interest". Here, I chose the option of "Ontario" under Provinces but when I try to expand the drop-down box of city/town, it is always blank.
Secondly, in the section "Study and Languages" there is a sub-section of "Education history". Here there is no option to enter the details for ECA report. Due to this I cannot fill all the details of the form.
I will be very grateful if someone can point out that what's the issue.
