Greetings
My spouse holds an MBA degree in Human Resource but she has experience of teaching here in home country.
Elementary Teacher is in A category of NOC. However, there is a requirement for job i.e to hold a bachelor's degree in Education.
Where it is not in our case, we have our credentials in HR which is also in NOC though.
It doesn't matter if she has to work in a different profession in Canada, or we will do certifications in Canada after arrival.
My question is, whether she is eligible to get points for her MBA and teaching experience separately and she is eligible for FSW Immigration despite the fact that she is not a Majors in Education.
Also, Is it a valid ground for visa officer to refuse our application that she doesn't hold an education degree therefore our intent is different or whatsoever.
We can do certifications or switch to Recruitment jobs in canada or anything like that.
This question is just for express entry immigration.
Our CRS is 479.
Thank you.
