Can someone on a TD visa(TN's dependent visa) work for a Canadian company while living in the USA? The TD visa holder is a Canadian citizen and has her own Canadian Inc. and will be serving a Canadian client.
What are the tax implications? Has anyone been in this situation?

General rule of thumb is you cannot work on "US soil" without a US work authorization. Be it for a US company or remote work for any other country. TD is a non-immigrant dependent visa without work authorization.
