While in the USA, I didn’t work. My husband claimed me as his wife on his form. I made no income

We now live in Canada, but he works online for a USA company.

I don’t work. I will file a Canadian income tax form stating I make no income, I’m married, and I list my spouses income.

My husband will file a Canadian income tax form as married, his foreign income will be listed.

My husband will also file an American income tax form stating his income......

BUT I am not american, or a resident anymore, does he still list me as his wife with no income??Last year it asked for my SSN because I lived there.
And what if I made income... I shouldn’t have to tell the American government what I made??

But if he files as single, he will be lying and he will pay more taxes!!!!!

You need to talk to a tax professional.
This is an immigration forum. Doubt you'll get proper responses here.

He should file taxes in the U.S. as "married filing separately".

If possible, I would hire an accountant who handles cross border taxation. Taxes for US expats can be complicated and confusing.
