Hi,

I am applying for CEC PR at the end of December 2014 and I have some problem with my tax information..
I can`t get my T4 and NOA until next year February and my pay stubs are always 2 weeks behind, does anybody have similar issue like mine?

Thank you,

Bishop

Provide your most recent pay stubs (3). The latest one will show your income to-date. Provide last years T4/NOA if you have it.

Put a note in with your application that you will provide your 2014 T4/NOA as soon as you receive them.

Good luck.

Thank you so much! I am writing a letter now. But do you know if I have to wait for the AOR to be issued first before I send my T4 next year?
Thank you

Yes, you will need to wait until you receive the AOR before sending the T4 - no big deal.

Just make it clear in the letter and send the documents electronically and by mail (recorded) when you receive them!

Good luck.

No Problem its not an issue at all in first palce , You can write an cover letter explaining the situation and confirm it will be shared with CIC once received . Wait for your AOR and once you receive your details share it with CIC.

I would write a cover letter explaining a situation but I wouldn't send any documents after receiving AOR.

On CIC website you can find that if they need any additional papers they will request it and it is recommended not to send any documents if not requested as it may delay a process.
Your cover letter will explain everything so your application shouldn't be returned. Also your reference letter will state dates so they will not need your t4 to confirm your eligibility.

Form my friend experiences I know it is better to do what they want not what you think is good to to.

But this is only my opinion, others can have a different suggestions.

The checklist outlines the documents needed to process your app. If you don't include the t4 and noa, you will need to supply them. As mentioned provide a note explaining that you will do this and do it when you receive them - but only after you receive the AOR.

You shouldn't be sending random documents ongoing but waiting until cic contact you for the noa / t4 will definitely slow down processing of your app.

There's a difference between being a pain to cic and being proactive about required documentation.

Good luck.

Thank you for your input guys.
I have finally finished the explanation letter, all I wish now is to reach the cap when I submit my app...
