Hi,
I have applied for the Canadian PR through the express entry FSW Outland stream and my application is in IP2. So I should expect the PPR soon. Can my friend apply for a tourist visa as soon as I get my PPR stating the reason as helping me set up my home/life in general in Canada when I move there? If so, what documents should he and/or I produce?
