TA in the US, valid as work experience for the SINP?

Hi. Im applying for the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program as International Skilled Worker and I want to know if work as a TA while I was a graduate student in the US (NOC 4012) would count as work experience. I see many posts saying yes and some others say no.

It is an ineligible occupation. You can check on the SINP website as they list the ineligible NOCs.
