hello all ,
well , here's my situation , i am currently living in syria applied and got an american visitor visa H1-B2 to the states
but unfortunately i dont know many people in usa , and a recent friend of mine been working on a skilled worker program immigration and granted it like a year ago who advised me come to canada as its better and shorter path to be nutralized citizen than the states ,
specially with the current situation in syrian as the country is cracking down with civil war going on .
so my question is , can i apply for a visitor visa to canada from usa ? knowing am not an american citizen nor a green card holder !
i am not trying to decieve the system , but country's situation is horrible , and i cant wait for immigration processing time to complete as it takes ages
