Hi - I am sponsoring my Syrian passport holder husband. He was born in Saudi Arabia and is resident there. My application was returned because I hadn’t included the originals for his BC and our MC but now as I am double checking the forms to re-send I see they are requesting a civil status certificate issued in the last 6 months for Syrian passport holders. This was not mentioned in the letter they sent when they sent the initial package back. Do I need this? What is it? Thanks!
