Symbiosis Full Time MBA - Masters Degree

Hi.. I have done 02 year full-time regular MBA from Symbiosis International University (SIU), India. Will this be considered as under Express Entry PR as a Masters Degree?

Or Do I need to apply in lower category viz. Two or more degree, of which one is more than 3 years?

Is there any new rule from CIC Canada that in India, MBA will be considered as Masters Degree only if it is secured from IIT or IIM ?

(my agent says that this rule has been given out by CIC just 03 weeks back, but I don'e believe)

You will have to believe your "agent". This rule came up recently by WES, they are no more evaluating masters as Masters.

I would advice you to send your transcripts to IQAS for evaluation, They will definitely give you Masters equivalency.
