Symbiosis Distance Learning 1 Year Course - ECA by WES

Dear all,
I completed BE (Mechanical) 4 years full time course and then while working I have done post graduate diploma in supply chain management 1 year distance learning course from symbiosis center for distance learning (SCDL). I want to know whether my distance learning course can be considered for ECA by WES? Is there any possibility to get additional points with distance leaning course over my full time engineering degree?
