Would switching jobs (to a better NOC, higher salary) after I already applied for Skills Immigration - International Graduate as BC PNP compromise my application?

Am I allowed to switch?

Applied : April 6th

Status changed to Decision Finalized : 4th May, 2017

How long would it take to get confirmation email from BC PNP
Got call to my employer regarding company inquiry. I didn't get any calls/queries.
Status changed from In process to decision finalized after the call.

Is this positive sign?

How long would it take to get the confirmed nomination?
