SURREY, B.C. TIMELINE

Hi all,

I just received the results of my request for a copy of my information under the Privacy Act. Based from their report, a decision of the Surrey judge is still pending. Does anyone know how long it usually takes for a Surrey judge to approve or deny an application? It is pending since August 8, 2013.

Application Received: August 30, 2012
Started Processing: December 28, 2012 (however in their report my file was created on May 30, 2013 in Sydney)
Transferred to Surrey local office: June 13, 2013 (based from a CIC call center agent in one of my previous calls)
Local Office processing started: August 8, 2013 (based from the Privacy Act report)
