Surname is blank, how to the check the ecas without the surname

Hi All,

Please someone who has the surname as blank, how do u check the ECAS. What will you input at that place where it is asking the Surname/family name for checking the status online(mandatory)
Anyone of you who knows and has the same scenario please let me know

try entering your first name

PUT SAM GEORGE and try if it does not try just SAM if stll not working put george if still not working put george sam.
If still no clue contact CHC. ;D
