I got my ITA and about to upload my documents.
However, there is a discrepancy in my surname across my documents. The two versions of my name are:
1. John D. (Degree certificates, ECA, work reference letters, bank statements)
2. John Doe - (Passport, IELTS)
I am planning to attach a "One and the Same Person" affidavit. Should that suffice? Will there be any issues? Has anyone faced this issue in the past?
