Surname different in parent visitor visa

Hi, I'm planning to bring my parents on a visitor visa. However, my mother's surname is different in my passport compared to her passport. I have a notarized document stating that both names refer to the same person. My question is, will that suffice, or do I need to do anything else? I tried changing the names on other national IDs, but it was all in vain. Please any advice is much appreciated.
