We have collected all the necessray supporting documents. But my question is do i have to attach all these documents in my side, or we can split them up and attach some of them with my sponsor's part. we are explaining our relationship (how we met, why my spouse wants me to go to canada, the complete story of our relationship) in seperate sheets. is it necessary?
My sponsor wants to attach the phone call records, the wishes from our friends in facebook and the reasons why she wants me to go to canada(explained in seperate sheet)
And i have my phone call records, wedding, engagement and reception and other photos and other documents.
I used envelopes for each type of proof, example all phone bills in one envelope, emails and chats in another, original docs in another, etc. the put all the envelopes in another big one.
I think the key think is to make it as organized as you can so that it is easy as possible for someone else to review, and there are a lot of ways to do that. There are other threads on here that talk about this too, and would probably have additional useful information; maybe they would show up in a search of "organization" or "table of contents" or similar words...?
Good luck figuring out the system that works best for you!
the sponsor does not need to provide supporting docs to prove relationship is genuine. the applicant for perm resident does this. the sponsor need to show proof that the person they are sponsoring is there spouse (marriage certificate). there are 2 applications but as they are submitted together the information is used for both applications as required. if i recall correctly, the questions in the spousal questionnaire is where most of the questions regarding proof of relationship are asked. if you are providing additional documents/information you can include this with the perm res application. I used a cover memo to identify the various items and ensured that the perm resident's name was at the top of each paper.
