It sounds good to me.
I would send a photo copy of LMIA refusal letter (if you can) and a photocopy of your expired work permit and any letter from CIC regarding that matter to support your story.
hope everything works fine for you and your spouse.
Honestly, can't wait to send everything... this is like a nightmare, OMG!
I really feel very lucky having you guys, this forum is like "heaven" for immigration stuff, thanks!
Regarding the photo copy of LMIA refusal letter, I guess I cannot use it. I have it, my employer gave it to me, but says: "DO NOT SHARE THIS LETTER WITH YOUR EMPLOYEE", so maybe will be better to avoid problems, right? I will add a copy of my expired work permit and the letter CIC sent me after everything was refused.
Once again thank you very much, I wish you the best!

You are right. As long as you explained well then CIC would not question about refusal of your visa.
they would not ask any further question when they process your file too.
hope you hear about your restoration app soon, good luck

I am writing to tell you that unfortunately, my application for a visitor visa and restoration has been refused.
On top on that, according to the government, I must leave Canada immediately!
This is the letter they sent me yesterday...
As you can read, at the end of the letter they said;
When should I contact CIC?
You must notify Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) of any changes to your application. Examples of changes include:
- Changes in your personal circumstances, such as birth or adoption of a child, death of a family member, amarriageor a divorce; - Change of contact information (e-mail, mailing address, telephone number);
- Appointment or change of immigration representative or designated individual;
- Decision to withdraw your application.
In my case, I got married in Montréal on June 23, 2015 and we have sent the "outland" sponsorship application on October 14, 2015 (24 days ago). So the question is, might I call to the CIC saying that my personal circumstances has changed? Should I say that I'm married and we have sent the outland sponsorship application?
This situation just has left me quite stunned and I don't know what to do... Is there any solution to avoid to leave the country? Please, I need your advices... Thank you very much in advance, I hope you have a great weekend!
