Support advisor

Hey everyone, I have a question. I work at shopify as a Shopify support advisor. That’s the title of my job, when I search it gives me technician support which is noc B but we also have customer support representative which is noc c and won’t work for PR. Anyone here that worked in something like that or on the same company that applied or know that this job is actually inside technician support.
