Hi,
Someone one please clear me supplementary travel information form for London office
should completed by principal applicant and spouse separately or in one form both
can put their information because it has column for spouse and child
Rehaan
Hi
Primary applicant must fill that form and other family details should come in the spouse coloumn and then child. No need for spouse to fill separate.
Cheers

No i havent its been more than 3 months and counting.... 2nd AOR means they have received your application and its in queue for processing. I checked on the London visa office website and it says they issue 2nd AOR within 24 weeks from the date application is received so you can imagine how long it could take.
Good luck

Dear Saki
At page 3,London VO instructions, its clearly mentioned the form must have to be filled out by both
ECONOMIC CLASSES
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: YOUR TRAVELS (IMM 5562)
Completed by:
•the principal applicant
•spouse or common-law partner
•each dependent child over the age of 18 years
You will find the form attached at the end of appendix A.
kanamen that made me confused too but it does not make sense to
fill that form separately by spouse because it has already space for spouse
and children

Hi
If you look at the form it says Principal applicant must fill this form and then there are colums given for spouse and dependent child.
So for e.g. if i am a principal applicant i will fill the first section and my wife will fill the spouse section and kids will come under the child section.
If both fills separately then both will be giving information again in other sections which does not make sense.
Cheers
Saki
agree just repeating the information again and again

1)If you check the form you will come into knowledge that theres no name of spouse in the form.
2)What ,if spouse has children other than current partner as well opposite partner ,how he or she will describe about children ? Thats the reason ,in VO instructions its clearly mentioned for both.
Seniors advice required (Sir Qorex,Leon,PMM please)
kanaman there is space for spouse column but if you mean no
where is specifying the spouse name then it is true .
and one more point if each will fill separately then do you
think cross information will make more complex this one
i have 5 page of travel history so it means
my 5 page of travel history then in my spouse form again
5 form of my travel history it look a bit crazy
senior more comment
Hi all,
Its contradicting in Vo (London ) instruction related to Travel Form.
On page 3 its saying that the form is to be completed by PA + Spouse + Dependent child over 18 yrs.
On page 9 , its given that this form to be filled by PA which includes Spose + Dependent Child over 18 yrs.
There is no signature required on this form.
To simply this, the PA should fill the details for himself + spouse + child over 18yrs.
If extra sheet needed, attached to it.
Regards
Cool
so this is final

Waiting for advice by Captain
Hello,
Can anyone guide me on how to fill supplementry travel form. Basically I'm a citizen of India but, presently residing in another country on permanent basis.. Due to work, I have to travel outside my country of residence and I have complete details of dates & days..
So, my question is that do I need to list the travels I made outsid eof India and my current country of residence or I have to include all the stays inclusive of India and the country where I'm staying now?
E.g. If I traveled to Qatar for 10 days and return to India for 20 days and then again traveled to Singapore and came back to India.
In this case should I mention my 20 days stay in India also or only for Qatart and Singapore?
Kindly advice.
