SUPPLEMENTARY TRAVEL INFO.

Hi, my wife is Indian, applying for PRV, so she has the form IMM5562 supplementary info. Our question is on B). Do I, her spouse have to list all my travels for past 10 years or just since we've been married?

It says 'your' (pertaining to the Principle Applicant) country, which would mean India..... Not Canada, my country.

Also, regarding IMM1283 Financial Evaluation. Though we have a dependent child together, my wife does not have children who have children of her own.... and therefore I do not need to complete this form?

IMM5562 supplementary info. Our question is on B).

- The Principal Applicant (i.e. your wife) is required to list all trips taken outside country of origin (India) in the last 10 years or since her 18th birthday and not since your married.

(pertaining to the Principle Applicant) country, which would mean India..... Not Canada, my country.

- The Principal Applicant (i.e. your wife) is the person required to complete IMM5562, so all the information provided on IMM5562 form should be as related or pertaining to the Principal Applicant, whose country of residence/origin in India.

IMM1283 Financial Evaluation

- if your wife (person been sponsored) does not have dependent child(ren), who has one or more dependent child(ren) of their own.), then you are not required to complete IMM1283.......refer spousal sponsorship checklist
