while filling the form SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION OF YOUR TRAVELS .
i was in the middle east for 10 years, do i need to mention every time i went on vacation to my home country during my employment in the middle east or just mention the dates i worked there because i haven't got my previous passport to know the actual dates of travels during the last 14 years ,,,
should i just fill up the travel info on my current passport which is 4 years old

The requirement is to fill all travels in the last 10 years or since you were 18 years old: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5609ETOC.asp#5609E5
