Dear All,

Has anyone filled-up IMM5562? It is included in Visa specific instruction - London.

I just want to clear my case, aside from my home country, my only travel outside is here in Dubai where i am currently working.

I just want to know if I shall include UAE in my travel history?

Hi all - I have just realised I now need to include the 5562 with my application, and have a question. Do you think I should include day trips to France? These were all shopping trips of a few hours - out from Dover in the morning, back the same afternoon/evening....

Can I just type all the travel history in the excel format and attach it with the IMM5562 as I have a lot of travel history mainly in the middle east region.

Are there any stamps in your PP regarding these trips. If yes please include in travel history if not, do not worry about them
 
Hello all,

I also traveled a lot outside my current country of residence.. Basically I'm an Indian citizen and presently residing in another country on permanent basis.. So, do I need to include all the travel dates & days including stay in India and current country of residence or only need to mention travel dates outside India & current country of residence?

Kindly advice.
