My mother has visitor visa and she appli d for super visa from India
She came to Canada on visitor visa and after a month she got super visa

We sent her passport to Ottawa for super visa stamping
Now she has super visa as well

I want to know, If she is on super visa or visitor visa

And if she has to convert her status to super visa, can she do flag polling?

Please let me know when did you applied from India.
Because I saw in cic if we apply super visa in India have to stay there for passport stamping .

However you already got the supervisa and to activate the supervisa need to exit and reenter .

Flagpolling also possible and you can try in no busy area border services.

After getting your PR when did you applied for super visa please let me know

Hi all. I want to confirm a few things regarding supervisa:

1. My father entered on supervisa in Oct 2022, he has no stamp and no handwritten date on his passport. So, he has 5 years stay allowance in Canada, right?

2. My mother entered on supervisa in Feb 2023, she has a stamp and a handwritten date which is Feb 2024. So, I will be applying to extend her stay online or in paper. Usually, how long does someone get extension on supervisa if it is applied from inside Canada?

3. If my mother leaves Canada for a two week vacation and comes back, will they atleast stamp her supervisa for a year from that entry?

However, if they submit their passport within Canada upon approval of their Supervisa. How will their passport be stamped since they would not be at any port of entry and would not meet an immigration officer? Wont it be an issue when they will exit the country?

Hi can some one help....question on super visa health insurance for parents/grand parents.

Has any one used MSG Canada Insurance Inc.? Are they reliable and will they respond if there is a claim to be made?
