Supervisa upfront Medical Exam

Hello, I have applied supervisa application for my mother on Oct 24 2021 and provided upfront medical exam proof in the online documents.

Now today I have received a request to complete medical exam again within 30 days. Can someone advise what I am supposed todo here.. is this happened to anyone in the same manner??

Hi Sarath, Did CIC get back to you? I am in the same boat, submitted upfront medical but still receive medical request 2 days back. I have submitted the case enquiry but not sure will they reply back in 30 days.Please let me know if you did the medical again? Thanks

I am in the same situation too. I submitted a web form last week when I got the medical request. So far, I have not received any response yet. Can anyone tell me what to do please?

Can you shed some light on how to go for upfront medical? I am planning to apply for supervisa for my parents around Mar 10th, 2023, and planning to go for upfront medical at this time.

Hi CanadianDreamer@TO,
I booked the medical appointment for them and mentioned the reason as parents super visa application. They only asked for invitation letter. But I will suggest better to do medical when they ask bcoz even though i submitted the medical receipt they still asked for medical and I have to open a case enquiry and have to wait for almost 2 months for them to review.
