I applied my mom for supervisa and she gave her 4 years. On her first entry is she allowed to stay for 2 years? How about the other 2 years left? And also should i get her 2 way ticket just in case she would stay here for 2yrs?
Whether she is allowed to remain for 2 years on initial entry will depend on the immigration officer at the POE. Normally, yes, she will be allowed entry for 2 years (no date stated under the entry stamp)

The visa validity dates pertain to the dates she is allowed to enter Canada.
It would be possible for her to enter Canada on the last day of visa validity and be granted a 2-year stay if authorized by the border officer at the POE. She would have to worry about getting a new visa only for the next time she wants to reenter Canada.
