Hi Group Members, I hope you're doing well.
I recently applied for my Parent's Supervisa in which my Father is the Principal Applicant.
He just received the medical request in his profile and to our surprise, only his name is mentioned in the request. Is that normal?
When I look at the client application summary document, I see my mother's name under "Family Information". Should we expect my mother's details such as passport info, to also be here?
We've applied to both my parents as accurately as possible. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue?
Appreciate your input.

Would send a webform then indicating that your mother has not received a medical request. She can do the medical before receiving the request if your parents want to complete it together.
