Is the supervisa for parents, they can apply for work permit in canada? or apply a work permit together with supervisa in the VO?

1. Basically No. They would require an approved LMIA and a work permit prior to starting work.

Thank you PMM, What are the other options? can they apply for provincial nominee? because it takes years and years for parents to sponsor.

They can apply for anything that they qualify for.
