I was just wondering if my father in law is a retired Seafarer and on IMM5257 there's a spot here asking if he's lived more than 6 months other than his country of territory for the past 5 years, would we have to declare that he's out out in the sea working? They mostly spend their time in European waters. Thanks in advance!!
If he needs to, there's only 2 lines here and I'm thinking that we might have to put all of the countries using LOA.
