Supervisa extension. Need help with Income requirement.

Hello,
My mother re-entered Canada June 2017 on Supervisa. Her visa was valid until January 2018. However immigration officer approved her stay for 2 years from date of re-entry. So her 2 year period ends on June 2019.

Question 1: Can I apply to extend her stay for another six months?

Question 2: If yes, can i add my brother in sponsorship letter because my income is insufficient? ( i had twins in Oct 2017).

2. There is no LICO for visitor extensions.
