I am urgently looking for information on what application should be done for the following situation:
My Parents got SuperVisa in December, 2015 Valid till July, 2022 - Because their passport end date was in July 2022 back in 2015. Now they came to Canada 2nd time on 15 October, 2021 with new passport and the immigration wrote down 13 October, 2023 as return date on newer passport.
(1) How do I apply for New SuperVisa (extension) as the current stamp on Old Passport expires in July, 2022?
(2) Is it alright to stay in Canada until 13 October, 2023 - even though their SuperVisa stamp would be expired?
I have tried calling CIC few times but cannot get hold of anyone with SuperVisa information.
