Hi,

My mom was given a 5 years super-visa but her visa is expiring in December and she has not travelled on that visa to Canada at all. will it be easy to get another supervisa without any travel on the previous visa ? she doesn't have any previous travel history as well

She would apply the same way she did last time. Since she was approved the first time, she should be approved without issues again.
