My Parents came on multiple entry TRV in march 2012, that TRV expires in June 2013.
We applied for supervisa when requesting extension after 6 months stay and they granted supervisa until few days ago which is valid til Nov 2014, however it says
"This DOES NOT AUTHORIZE RE.ENTRY" so does it mean they cannot leave for couple of months and come back?

It is the visitor permit that says "does not authorize re-entry" what it means is that person who requires a TRV to enter Canada, must have a valid TRV not just a visitor permit to enter Canada, other than visits to the US or St. Pierre et Miquelon.
It is not the TRV that expires on June/13 it is their visitor permit. Yes they can leave and return before June 1st. The Super visa is the TRV, means they can enter Canada up to 11/14.
PMM, I think it's quite the opposite. TRV expires in June, 2013 - this means she cannot enter Canada after June, 2013. However, she has a visitor record which expires in November, 2014. This means she can STAY in Canada until Nov, 2014. But if she leaves Canada between June, 2013, and November, 2014, then she cannot re-enter Canada unless she renews her TRV.
