My parents have TRV. And then applied for Supervisa to Canada which they received. They have travelled to Canada.

We received email from IRCC for them to undergo Medical Exam Again. And that their current counterfoil is cancelled.

We will get medical exam in Canada again. But has this happened with anyone? What visa are my parents on in Canada at this moment?
