Supervisa 2020 - Apply again on new portal?

Hi,

I applied for my mother' Supervisa in November 2020.
Biometrics completed in August 2021.
Since then no update on the application.
Country: India

Can someone please help with below queries?
1. Should I submit new application or wait for this application to be processed?
2. Anyone else with same timelines?
3. Also, is the vaccine proof mandatory for the processing?

Yes you should reapply. Proof of vaccination isn’t required but will be needed to enter Canada.

when you reapply, there will be option to key in the existing uci number, biometric details will be fetched from that, u will have to redo medical n submit all updated documents..existing application will be withdrawn automatically when they start considering the latest application, however fee refund is not guaranteed..you can also mention that you are reapplying in your cover letter (not necessary as they can see it when u quote uci number)
