I am planning to apply super visa for my parents. Is it a straightforward process ? I am thinking if I should apply by myself on behalf of them or engage with an immigration agent? Please advise me if you have experience.

No need to hire a consultant it isn't that complicated. I assume you've worked in Canada for a year and have an NOA that shows that you make over LICO for your family size.
