My mother is from UK and was staying with us for 3 mths. But has decided she was like to stay for longer the allowed 6 months. (Parental Super Visa) We are a little confused which form she should fill in. IMM 5708 or IMM 5257 she might decide to stay for two years. We are applying while she is here. Can someone clarify?
